I don't think without using Chrome extension it is possible. To use extension see this: chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/full-page-screen-capture/…– serenesatCommented Aug 12, 2015 at 5:19

Can you use a portable app from a USB stick? If so try Screenshot Captor– DavidPostill ♦Commented Aug 12, 2015 at 8:04

This can be achieved in Chrome as of v59:
Announcement in the developer blog
Summary of steps (if you prefer text):
- Open Developer tools
- Toggle the device toolbar
- Set the desired resolution in the device toolbar
- Select the More options overflow menu in the device toolbar
- Select Capture screenshot or Capture full size screenshot
- The screenshot will be saved to your Downloads folder

2On very long pages, this still does not capture the entire page. I don't see all of my content and there are still scrollbars. Commented Oct 11, 2019 at 15:02

You could take several screenshots with Print
, save them with Paint
and stack them with a program like Microsoft Image Composite Editor.
You can check out Fireshot a chrome extension. It includes these options;
- Capture entire page.
- Capture Visible part.
- Capture Selection.
