Laptop or desktop? Replacing the fans with quieter fans would be an option, as well as keeping the system in a cooler location so you don't need active cooling. The expectation that an SSD is going to be all you need for a passively cooled system is a bit unrealistic . . .– ernieCommented Mar 17, 2015 at 0:25

@Ramhound, nothing. They are part of the ultimate goal of having a quiet PC. "Even tho I have all SSDs", meaning, even tho my SSDs are not making any noise.– toddmoCommented Mar 17, 2015 at 1:06
