Aug 8, 2014 at 10:49 | comment | added | harrymc | VLC codecs are extremely reliable. Also it's highly unlikely for such a serious problem to exist in more than one codec. The problem must be in some software that is common to all codecs and players, meaning the video driver or even Windows. | |
