Yeah I already know that but it's not what I'm looking for... I want to change the default behavior. I don't want to switch what I'm looking for each time and there is no way NOT to search files in the library which is quite annoying.

There is nothing else that can be configured by the user, except what I've shared. Sorry. It's a limitation of Windows 8.1. :|
