8Thanks for the suggestion, though I would much have preferred to be able to use the official, or built-in, OneDrive application. I'm generally not crazy about providing my credentials to random 3rd party apps, and I have no idea how good the sync and conflict algorithms are.– abstraskCommented Apr 10, 2014 at 11:02

there is no other way. The tool uses the LiveSDK and the devs can't steal data.– magicandre1981Commented Apr 10, 2014 at 18:09

Is using LiveSDK an indication on how good the syncing will be?– BertvanCommented Apr 23, 2014 at 11:45

@Bertvan I have no idea what the SDK has to do with the sync.– magicandre1981Commented Apr 23, 2014 at 15:18

How to Tag
A tag is a keyword or label that categorizes your question with other, similar questions. Choose one or more (up to 5) tags that will help answerers to find and interpret your question.
- complete the sentence: my question is about...
- use tags that describe things or concepts that are essential, not incidental to your question
- favor using existing popular tags
- read the descriptions that appear below the tag
If your question is primarily about a topic for which you can't find a tag:
- combine multiple words into single-words with hyphens (e.g. windows-7), up to a maximum of 35 characters
- creating new tags is a privilege; if you can't yet create a tag you need, then post this question without it, then ask the community to create it for you
