Mar 28, 2013 at 15:57 | comment | added | KoKo | Yes, but my theory is that manufacturers has logic that sets RPM at a certain load level, so 1200W at 33% would be spinning slower than the 600W at 66% load, and usually slower RPM will result in less noise. Though I don't know if this theory is true in practice. | |
