No; it is not possible to do that.– SLaksCommented Oct 31, 2012 at 18:21

I see that the post says that it's not possible to view a history of notifications, but is it possible to collect notifications as they happen?– bdukesCommented Oct 31, 2012 at 18:42

Event log maybe?– Mark AllenCommented Oct 31, 2012 at 18:56

1As per Raymond Chen on that StackOverflow post, "The notification guidelines specifically say that notifications should be designed so that users can miss them without negative conseqences." As for whether "it is possible to collect notifications as they happen" by a 3rd party app, an unsupported hack may work as Raymond said, but I haven't come across anything of the nature yet. It will take time for devs to even figure out how to access/capture the data.– KaranCommented Oct 31, 2012 at 19:51

How to Tag
A tag is a keyword or label that categorizes your question with other, similar questions. Choose one or more (up to 5) tags that will help answerers to find and interpret your question.
- complete the sentence: my question is about...
- use tags that describe things or concepts that are essential, not incidental to your question
- favor using existing popular tags
- read the descriptions that appear below the tag
If your question is primarily about a topic for which you can't find a tag:
- combine multiple words into single-words with hyphens (e.g. windows-7), up to a maximum of 35 characters
- creating new tags is a privilege; if you can't yet create a tag you need, then post this question without it, then ask the community to create it for you
