ThisThe same thing happened to me - andme; I tried a huge number of different suggestions to fix this. 

Eventually I switched any read-only files in my c:\Users/%User%/Appdata\Users\%User%\AppData folder to write enable-enabled and any problems I was having with javaJava (in processing and arduinothe Arduino IDE) disappeared.
