@John - The second screenshot shows that, the feature isn't installed on the system, so the author won't be able to enable it.– RamhoundCommented Oct 19, 2023 at 14:01

1@codedpool - What edition of Windows 11 are you running? What version of Windows 11 are you running? This error has nothing to do with .NET Framework 3.5– RamhoundCommented Oct 19, 2023 at 14:01

@John I have windows 11 Home Single Language OS version 22H2 (OS Build 22621.2428). I tried enabling Virtual Machine Platform from the control panel, Programs and features. It doesn't work.– codedpoolCommented Oct 19, 2023 at 14:34

@Ramhound There is an option for Virtual Machine Platform in Turn Windows Features on or off but when I click on it and proceed further I get an error. Docker won't run without this, is there some other way to run docker?– codedpoolCommented Oct 19, 2023 at 14:36

How to Tag
A tag is a keyword or label that categorizes your question with other, similar questions. Choose one or more (up to 5) tags that will help answerers to find and interpret your question.
- complete the sentence: my question is about...
- use tags that describe things or concepts that are essential, not incidental to your question
- favor using existing popular tags
- read the descriptions that appear below the tag
If your question is primarily about a topic for which you can't find a tag:
- combine multiple words into single-words with hyphens (e.g. windows-7), up to a maximum of 35 characters
- creating new tags is a privilege; if you can't yet create a tag you need, then post this question without it, then ask the community to create it for you
