I added the output of the command. There was another provider from Ease US, but I removed it by removing the provider in the Registry Editor under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\VSS\Providers. This FIXED THE PROBLEM. Thank you very much!

Does this error happen when booting in Safe mode ? Please add to your post the output of this command run as Administrator: vssadmin list providers.
