The computer is self built Ryzen 5 3600, 32 GB RAM, 500GB SSD, 2 TB HDD, RTX 2060Super Graphics, 550W Power supply. UPS is Gembird EnerGenie EG-UPS-034 (900W, 1500VA). I have also two monitors connected to UPS (both are quote new LEDs (22" and 19"). I have had UPSes before, I updated the UPS cause of the computer update. I had old UPS which lasted over 15 years (only had to change the battery once) and I did exactly the same with my old one (turned off every time).– šm98Commented Dec 16, 2020 at 6:44

1You wrote "They are designed to be on 24/7" That is true (and I leave mine on 24x7), but it still should stay off when turned off.– anonCommented Dec 16, 2020 at 11:37

How to Tag
A tag is a keyword or label that categorizes your question with other, similar questions. Choose one or more (up to 5) tags that will help answerers to find and interpret your question.
- complete the sentence: my question is about...
- use tags that describe things or concepts that are essential, not incidental to your question
- favor using existing popular tags
- read the descriptions that appear below the tag
If your question is primarily about a topic for which you can't find a tag:
- combine multiple words into single-words with hyphens (e.g. windows-7), up to a maximum of 35 characters
- creating new tags is a privilege; if you can't yet create a tag you need, then post this question without it, then ask the community to create it for you
