I'm using HP G5 245 Notebook PC and my battery is dead and I want to replace it. On the battery it says,

• Capacity: 47WH
• Voltage: 10.8V
• P/N : HSTNN-PB6V TPN-1124 844198-850 MI06

But, I'm unable to find a battery with the same specs. All, I could find is a voltage of 14.7v. Is it okay to use a 14.7v battery instead of 10.8v?

• Will it affect my system, such as a difference in performance?
