I don't think there is any hardware problem. It all happened after failed windows 10 factory reset– Abhay RaoCommented Aug 4, 2020 at 13:27

The error says hardware fault and the machine is slow as a result– anonCommented Aug 4, 2020 at 13:53

Also, Windows 10 on good hardware is fast, not slow.– anonCommented Aug 4, 2020 at 14:06

1when I was using Windows 10 after the failed reset, I could use C drive but I couldn't shrink it and it was not shown in disk defragmenter. Then I used a already downloaded ISO file from media creation tool to reinstall Windows 10 but at the last step it said that the ISO is corrupt and after that whenever I turn on Windows if open Windows Boot Manager and there are only two options (1) Windows Setup Rollback (2) Windows 10 and when I select any of the two options the screen goes black. Even when I am booting with a bootable USB, HP logo shows and the dots mover around for a long time.– Abhay RaoCommented Aug 4, 2020 at 16:01

You have an error that says there is a hardware error and that is probably why.– anonCommented Aug 4, 2020 at 16:14

How to Tag
A tag is a keyword or label that categorizes your question with other, similar questions. Choose one or more (up to 5) tags that will help answerers to find and interpret your question.
- complete the sentence: my question is about...
- use tags that describe things or concepts that are essential, not incidental to your question
- favor using existing popular tags
- read the descriptions that appear below the tag
If your question is primarily about a topic for which you can't find a tag:
- combine multiple words into single-words with hyphens (e.g. windows-7), up to a maximum of 35 characters
- creating new tags is a privilege; if you can't yet create a tag you need, then post this question without it, then ask the community to create it for you
