2Cloning needs target partition as large as the source, unless your (not specified software) can resize. Is your intention to do a backup? Because copying the OS from a fast disk to a slow disk does not sound useful at all. Also just cloning a partition does not make Windows bootable, so please specify in the question what is your final goal and add a disk management screenshot.– FurtyCommented Apr 22, 2020 at 22:39
