I know this is a late reply, but I have been struggling quite a bit with the new way Windows does updates. WhatWhat you have stumbled upon is the "Configure Automatic Updates" policy tasks.

If you look in Task Scheduler, you actually need to traverse the tree to find these tasks, which would be Task Scheduler Library > Microsoft > Windows > UpdateOrchestratorTask Scheduler Library → Microsoft → Windows → UpdateOrchestrator. You should be able to manage them from here.
