There are also some operating system-level ones. For example, some keys produce more than one scan code at the lowest level (e.g., the right Ctrl, two scan codes, 0xE0 and 0x14), whereas on the operating system level it is only one number. It is most likely a higher-level one that is to be used for this registry thingy. | |
