Thank You! That fixed the problem perfectly. I checked the GPU and it's in good - it looks like the latest driver set from NVIDIA somehow caused the issue, so a rollback also fixed the problem, but I think your solution is a longer lasting approach. I also appreciate the additional information, very informative!

In my case the tool I'm trying to capture is preventing the screenshot from appearing ? It also shows black screen when recording the screen ! is there any solution ?
