Do not set anything manually as that won't help. Set all machines to dhcp. You need to find where a network cable / powerline goes back into your network and this is a very easy mistake to make when powerline adapters are involved. You are best off completely unplugging everything and starting at the router, re-install. Start without powerline adapters and plug them in last. | |
