So lastLast night when i wasI went to shut down my laptop, only the "install updates then shutdown" option was available and the usual "shut down" option wasn't there.

I decided to just go ahead and choose it, but because the "configuration screen" was taking too long, and the instruction said not to turn off pcthe computer, I plugged in my laptop's charger ('cause itbecause the battery was at low battery) and let it do whatever it hashad to do. This

This morning, the "light" showed that it was fully charged so iI unplugged the charger. Later, when iI tried to turn it on, it won'twouldn't. Nothing happenshappened. No "power on light" and no sound either. And when iI tried plugging in the charger, the "charging light" won'tdidn't appear anymore.

Thinking the charger was the source of the problem (I panicked and jumped to this conclusion, sorry) iI bought a new charger for it but. But even with the new charger, the "charging light" still won't show up. _my apologies for being so detailed. i

I have all my documents saved thereon it and now iI can't turn them in tomorrow. iI don't understand why it was working fine until last night but just this morning it wouldwill no longer boot and the charger won'tdoesn't work. the

The battery is non-removable and its a windowsWindows 10, if this helps

_ I would really appreciate anyone's help. Thank you machine.
