2I didn't downvote. But, the Psiphon runs the proxy binded to localhost interface only, which makes it inaccessible from network.– verstappen_doodleCommented Jun 18, 2018 at 14:53

Yes but I tried to launch a server in localhost in the port 5000 and in my device I can access it by going to localhost:5000 or 127.0.0.1:5000 and in my other device I used 192.168.1.74:5000 and it worked fine without any extra configuration. Maybe in Psiphon it doesn’t works but in theory it should.– ArchCommented Jun 18, 2018 at 15:03

It means your web server is listening to all interfaces, which isn't my case.– verstappen_doodleCommented Jun 18, 2018 at 15:13

How to Tag
A tag is a keyword or label that categorizes your question with other, similar questions. Choose one or more (up to 5) tags that will help answerers to find and interpret your question.
- complete the sentence: my question is about...
- use tags that describe things or concepts that are essential, not incidental to your question
- favor using existing popular tags
- read the descriptions that appear below the tag
If your question is primarily about a topic for which you can't find a tag:
- combine multiple words into single-words with hyphens (e.g. windows-7), up to a maximum of 35 characters
- creating new tags is a privilege; if you can't yet create a tag you need, then post this question without it, then ask the community to create it for you
