Why exactly are you trying to expand your c drive? If it's full and you need the space (software install /patching /etc) I can understand that, but making the partition bigger, while not affecting the overall drive usage will most likely do very little to make the os faster.– PatrickCommented Sep 20, 2018 at 22:37
