Are you open to Powershell? Have a play around with: get-childitem -ErrorAction SilentlyContinue -recurse "C:\folder\" -filter setup.py | foreach {write-host "pip uninstall -y " $_.directory.fullname; "pip install ."} as a starting point if you are?
