This is conceptually quite similar to another answer relating to (re)starting the AnyConnect service, though it does hint at where to find it. Can you expand a little more for those who might not know how to set a service type or start one?

Yeah, going to Services and starting the Agent did the trick, thanks! I think I manually killed the process previously and restarting the PC or re-installing the program was not the option :)
