I've had issues like this with bad vidcard driver updates on the target machine. Anyway way you slice it, the problem appears to be with the target system. whats happening on the system while login occurs? any spikes in CPU or massive ram allocation?– Frank ThomasCommented Feb 12, 2017 at 7:57
