Apr 9, 2019 at 19:01 comment added llogan @TiagoFerezin Ah, yes. Easy to do. In the examples that use the pad filter you can add the color option, such as pad=1280:720:(ow-iw)/2:(oh-ih)/2:color=red (or you can use the hexadecimal if you prefer). See list of colors.
