I have thinkpad E520Thinkpad E520 notebook with windows 10windows 10 installed on it.

when I am trying restart/shutdown,in in shutdown screen windowsWindows go to infinite loop .

It show "restarting/shutdown"restarting/shutdown message and computer never reboot/shutdownreboot/shutdown unless I presshold shutdown button.

Is there way like crash dump analysis to analysisanalyze this issue?
