Photomator is a subscription-based image editor. The subscription comes in three different types: monthly, yearly, or lifetime (the first three edits are completely free for all new users). Each subscription gives access to the full-featured version of Photomator for a certain amount of time. Below, you'll learn how to change the type of your subscription, restore, or cancel it.
If you've already paid for the subscription but would like to change its type — from monthly to a yearly subscription, for instance — you can do that at any time in the Subscription settings on your device.
Note: If you got Photomator during the brief promotional period when it was free, you’ll need to subscribe to get unlimited access. If you’re not sure whether you got a paid version of Photomator, you can check your App Store purchase history.
If you have previously deleted Photomator and would like to start using it again, or if you'd like to install it on a secondary device, you'll want to restore your purchase.
If you are using Photomator as a yearly or monthly subscription, you can cancel at any time you want.
Photomator subscription refunds are handled by Apple. When applying for a refund, keep in mind that in different regions, different Apple refund policies may apply and they are not regulated by the Pixelmator Team.
It may take up to 48 hours for the money to be returned to your account.
Note: If you sign up for a 7-day Photomator trial and you don't want to continue the subscription, make sure to cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends. If you do it later, you may be charged the full subscription fee.
