Oracle WebCenter Portal 12c Installations

This is the latest release of Oracle WebCenter Portal 12c . See the Documentation tab for Release Notes, installation, administration, and usage information.

Consult the Certification Guide for supported platforms and versions.

This is an independent installation that does not get installed over earlier versions. Refer to the following information to get WebCenter Portal 12c (12.2.1.4.0) up and running:

WebCenter Extensions for JDeveloper 12.2.1.4.0

The WebCenter Portal Extensions are online JDeveloper updates. Start JDeveloper. From the menu choose Help > Check for Updates. In the Check for Updates Wizard, select Search Update Centers and ensure the first two options are checked. Click Next. Then ensure that WebCenter Portal extensions(WebCenter Core Design Time extension and the WebCenter Portal Design Time extension) you want are checked.Alternatively, you can obtain the WebCenter Core Design Time extension from here, and the WebCenter Portal Design Time extension for publishing assets from here. Then from the menu in JDeveloper you can choose Help > Check for Updates, then in the Check for Updates Wizard select Install from Local File and point it to your downloaded extension files.
