About Ringtones:
Cellbits.com offers two types of mobile phone ringers or ringtones: Midi (format0) and MP3. Midi files use your phones built in synthesizer to play a tune, while mp3 files are a recording played back like any other audio file by your phone. Midi files are much smaller than mp3 files, so they are faster to download. But Midi files can only use the voices and synthesizer software available on your phone, so they may sound different from the previews, even though they are the same song . In a few cases the mp3 is merely a recording of midi playback on a PC synthesizer.

Cellbits.com cell phone MP3 and MIDI free ringers are designed for a wide variety of mobile phones and cellular networks including: Acer, Asus, Alltel, Android phones, AU, Audiovox, AT&T, Blackberry, Boost, Cingular, Docomo, Huawei, HTC, Kyocera, LG, Motorola, Nokia, O2, Orange, Panasonic, Pantech, Sanyo, Samsung, Sharp, Sprint Nextel, SonyEricsson, Verizon, Vodafone and Virgin Mobile among others (brand and company names are property of the respective named entities).
