    Is it terrible to say that I’m almost looking forward to dying? I’m curious about what’s on the other side. I do feel like I’m probably going to be transformed into a spirit of sorts. I like the idea of that, of some part of you remaining on earth. But I also believe in the afterlife; not necessarily in a Christian way, more that we are connected with nature. I didn’t grow up with religion, but I do feel spiritual.

    When I’m at the flower market, I often think about what might happen when I die. I think, well, if I died tomorrow or I suddenly had a heart attack here in the middle of the market and died on the floor, what would people do? What would my friends and family do for me?
