Our Dealers’ Room is a marketplace of books, toys, posters, artwork, magazines, cards, jewelry, and all sorts of other science fiction and fantasy related merchandise as well as items relevant to explorations of feminism, gender, race, class, and disability. Books by WisCon authors and Guests of Honor are always available, so that members can purchase them during the convention to take to our SignOut event.

Friday 2-6pm
Saturday-Sunday 10am-6pm
Monday 10am-2pm
For Vendors
Are you a bookseller, crafter, toymaker, publisher, or other creator who would like to be a part of our Dealers’ Room? Apply to be one of our vendors by using the application form below. Our application form remains open for vendors who would like to be added to the Dealers’ Room waitlist until April 30; any applications received after April 30 will be applied to the following year’s convention.

Applications for space in the WisCon Dealers’ Room will be accepted through March 15. This form will remains open for vendors who wish to be added to the Dealers’ Room waitlist. Applications made beginning April 1 are rolled over to the following WisCon.
All vendors will be notified of their status by March 30 prior to the upcoming convention.
No payment for tables is required until you have been notified that you have been awarded space in the Dealers’ Room; payment details will be communicated at that time. Payment is due by April 1 to retain table space.
Table payments do not include convention registration fees, which are required to remain in the Dealer’s Room during the open hours of the convention. You are asked to register by May 15 so that we can provide you with a printed badge, however, registration fees may be paid at any time, including at the door.
Refunds and cancellations
If your Dealers’ Room application is approved but your circumstances change in a way that will not allow you to attend WisCon as a vendor, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing dealers@wiscon.net. Refunds for Dealers’ Room reservation fees are available until May 1. After that deadline, you may apply your fee to a space in the Dealer’s Room the following year, or transfer your reservation to another vendor. Convention registration fees are refundable until May 15.
