Kohli departed for London immediately after Team India's victory parade near Marine Drive and a felicitation ceremony at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on July 4th. Despite just returning from Barbados with Team India, where they were greeted warmly at Delhi Airport after a 16-hour flight, Kohli prioritized reuniting with his family.
