How can I remove apps that don'tWindows doesn't seem to allow uninstall -to be uninstalled, like XBoxXbox and Groove Music?

When selected in "Add/Remove Programs" / "Apps & Features" - the option to Uninstall is grayed out: like this (I'm not trying to uninstall search, just a picture I found)- Like this http://f.ptcdn.info/408/029/000/1426515622-Windows10A-o.jpg

As apposed to a program that "allows" uninstall like this: not grayed out http://i0.wp.com/pureinfotech.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/apps-features-settings_large.jpg?resize=827%2C761
