I don't get it. Could you describe the life cycle of your page? are the input elements displayed/hidden ONLY during page load, or do they do so dynamically while the user selects items from the page?– KoltenCommented Sep 26, 2008 at 20:35

On initial create the page has a number of paired inputs (ie. Do you have children? If so, how many?) that are displayed dynamically. Successive reads of the page trigger the page load.– david dickeyCommented Sep 26, 2008 at 21:02
