- I believe that this rule probably dates from roughly 1956, the serial number is too early for 1960. For K&E serial number dating use the link here to
Ed Chamberlain's reference set of dating curves.
- This rule is almost identical to the 68 1210
and appears to be an earlier version of that rule which was renumbered by K&E.
