I'm a twenty-five year veteran of the video game industry, currently working for Crytek as the Franchise Narrative Director on Hunt: Showdown. Previously I worked for Red Storm/Ubisoft as the Central Clancy Writer, with credits on numerous games including The Division 1 and 2, Assassins Creed: Nexus, Splinter Cell: Conviction and many others. By night I write horror and dark fantasy. I've published 2 short fiction collections and eight novels, the most recent of which is A MEETING IN THE DEVIL'S HOUSE. I also was a major contributor to White Wolf's seminal tabletop RPG setting The World of Darkness, and worked on over a hundred TTRPG and LARP titles.

In addition to my writing, I am on the advisory board for the Game Narrative Summit at GDC, and I judge the annual Student Game Narrative Analysis Competition. I have also curated the Narrative content at East Coast Game Conference, and have spoken at conferences in Brazil. Austria, Sweden and numerous other countries.

I live in a library with an attached scotch collection and a disapproving cat.

Not only does this book wonderfully highlight a long-established but heretofore not very detailed villain group, but it does so with tongue firmly in cheek. This book is useful for just about ANY World of Darkness game. I've used it for Changeling AND Mage and it has enough detail to work well for campaigns where there is slow discovery of just HOW deep the conspiracy goes. Highly recommended for any WoD game!
