Why would you update an app that works to one that doesn't function at all!? Nothing works. Screens and buttons are blank and I can touch things and stuff happens, but nothing good. It moves to a different screen, but nothing is happening for logging in ordering or anything that has to do with you selling sandwiches and me eating them. Bye!

The app never seems to actually work, even after updating it. There have been a few times it has worked well, but you should never hold your breath when opening it. There are way too many glitches, if you can even log in. The current issue I'm having is I will log in it will show me the home screen for a split second, then take me back to the login screen again. The app is literally useless.

The app is quite buggy and not overtly intuitive. The ordering process works fairly well, but it's difficult to navigate deals & promotions. Further, we receive Subway coupons at home, but the app doesn't have any of them pre-loaded. People who aren't using the app or are rewards members are getting better pricing than those showing loyalty to the company. 🤷 Tell me how that makes sense. Fix the app to include the same promotions & discounts offered regionally without the use of codes.
