Points add up quickly, so that's good. App is relatively easy to use for delivery, but you're still dealing with third-party delivery, so it might still suck (mine does). Coupons available to me are usually only for pick up, so not especially helpful otherwise. Location service and selection is the worst part of the app. I have triple checked this and still had things go wrong.

The app crashes a lot and barely works when it doesn't crash. It's wild how awful their app runs when they're one of the biggest companies in the world. Then all they said was Uninstall the app, guess what? It's still barely functions. So yea, deals are great if you can get it to work. Edit: a year later, and this app still sucks. I pick one location, and it shows me another. Then it emails me saying my order is at a different location, but the email is wrong, too. So yea I think I'm done.

While I enjoy the benefits of the app (order ahead, deals, points), the app is extremely glitchy and will crash after submitting the order. This typically results in having to submit the order again, being charged a second time, and is extremely inconvenient. Eventually, one of the charges falls off, but this is a regular issue and I have been reporting it for over a year.
