The moment I open the app I am bombarded with "coupons" and pop ups that I can't even look at the item I actually want! Everytime I try to exit from the pop up another follows it. It makes me spin a wheel every single time I open the app for a coupon (not complaining about having coupons but there must be a better way to receive them) but for it to be valid I have to buy 2 or 4 things to activate it. The ads are awful.

Temu is a mostly good and intuitive app. Prices and items are surprisingly good. It's been great with the many orders that I've placed and the shipping has always been within the estimates for arrival! Amazing! However, Temu got rid of the wishlist. Other shopping apps (Amazon, eBay, etc.) give you the option to save items to a list. In addition, it's best if you avoid any pop-up coupon offers: they're intentionally confusing to be misleading! Don't do it. Gimmicks reduce your credibility!

Horrible, every order had issues of some sort. Clothes: as wrong size, missing buttons, holes and of such poor quality that it falls apart after one wash. Other items: completely different item that was ordered, doesn't function, falsely advertised. And my favorite is that some items never arrive. This happens often enough that I believe they are simply trying to steal money from customers. Constant messages from Temu that it is more like harassment than advertising.
