Edit review page: looks like all tags gone
No big deal, but here with the side by side display, a quick look gives the false impression that all the tags were removed in the new version.

Tag shows as deleted and re-inserted, even though I didn't edit it
I added the "osx" tag to a question. Nothing else.
It shows that the "colors" tag was removed, and then re-added. What gives? Wouldn't it make sense to show it like this?

Diff shows tag being added and removed in the same revision
On this question's revisions (but I remember seeing it in other cases) the diff shows the same tag being both added and removed.
