I'm thinking, though, that the majority of users on our site do not feel this way. I'm in the minority on this issue and am going to have to accommodate the site as a spoiler-free zone. Not wanting spoilers isn't a problem on a user's part. We can prevent emotional harm by not posting spoilers, but there will never be a perfect system. Once a spoiler goes up, it cannot be unseen or undone. The onus is on us to be decent human beings and not post spoilers, not on SE to produce some complicated anti-spoiler system. :) | |
