Chris Hemsworth took on First We Feast's Hot Ones challenge and used box breathing, mad cackling, and milk gurgling to get through the heat.

The Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga star talked about driving in a monster truck on set, rehearsing the 12-minute, one-shot action sequence in Extraction, and surfing big breaks, all while trying to avoid drinking milk to douse the flames.

It's pure pain. A valiant effort. And the box breathing — a deep breathing technique in which you focus on counting to four visualising a box shape — only works until they hit Da Bomb.
