A little book that will make you think. The only draw back that I noticed was the study the author used for his conclusions were primarily from the 1990's so the examples are sometimes.not time revelant. I would still recommed this as book to buy.

The book was delivered on time in perfect condition. I have read the entire book (slowly, of course) and it contains a wealth of valuable information. I liked it so well that I ordered the other books in this series and am working my way through them with just as much enthusiasm!

The value of this book is that it shows you that being happy does not have to be complicated or linked to making a lot of money. It is an objective observation related to 'happiness' but do not buy it with the idea of replicating others as to what makes them happy. Use it as an inspiration to find your own happiness and satisfaction in life.

This is a very easy book to read, as each 'secret' is short and to the point. The chapters are both anecdotal and backed up by research findings. If you're looking to change, or reinforce your perceptions, you could begin here.
