FORScan Lite Privacy Policy

FORScan Lite doesn't collect or store any personal data.

In certain cases our support team may request to provide application's debug information. These debug data may contain vehicle's configuration and identification information, such as Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), serial and part numbers of hardware and software, strategy, calibration, versioning and other information like this. We keep the following policy in regard to the sensitive technical information we may obtain access to:

  • In no event the FORScan Lite application can collect the debug information without user permission. User must enable Debug mode in FORScan Settings order to start collecting the debug information.
  • The debug information can be only send to us only manually by good will of the owner.
  • The debug information is used purely to resolve application issues reported by user. We guarantee that this information is not used for any other purpose.
  • In no event we publish this information or provides it to any 3rd party.
