Wellington, still a good city.
Wellington, still a good city. Heaps of place there to eat, drink & meet new friends. But even when living in a big city, there is still time to put money aside & save for better fortunes. There are greater things in life to achieve than luxuries. And so embarrassing to watch the Hurricanes lose on their home ground but the love & the support are always there for them. Hope they get to the finals next season. Shoutout to all the construction workers out there, they're the ones making Wellington a better place for everyone.
Very convenient parking and accessibility to the hotel. Location is fantastic for shopping and dining experiences in Wellington City. Rooms and bathrooms are VERY clean! Love that you are able to access all the rooms lighting from your bedside table. Great functions available on the Smart TV. Staff were all very friendly and informative, including the restaurant staff. I'll be back again.
The view from our room was stunning, looking out over the bay. The room was spacious, and the supply of tea/coffee and coffee making facilities was most welcome. Staff is friendly, especially in the dining room. Wellington Quay and the City is accessible on foot from the hotel. We appreciated the peace and quiet of this area.
This was our first time staying at the Sofitel Wellington and we will definitely be back. Though the Hotel isn't the closet to the city centre, everything else made up for this. The staff, room, food and facilities were all excellent.
Very central walk the city car park for car got rid of the rental car a free bus to airport for oldies yes I will pick this as first choice to stay in Wellington
The hotel is part of the Wellington airport - great from transit stops in Wellington. Front counter staff most accommodating and provided options to get into the city etc
