I've noticed this in both current builds of Chrome and Firefox on multiple systems running a mix of Windows 10 and 11. When I hit control + I to turn off italics as I'm typing out a reply they don't seem to consistently turn off. In other words I'll be typing and then do word hit the space bar and carry on typing and randomly it will decide to just keep going in italics and I was wondering if anyone had seen similar?

I don't see any problems with my text, but sooner or later I'll probably have to switch to progressives.
